Apple Cyser

Freshly squeezed apple juice fermented and flavored with local honey. Bees and apple trees have a special ecological relationship. Bees pollinate the blossoms of apple trees, from which apples are born. Without these pollinators, we wouldn’t have apples.

This product completes the cycle between bees and apples. Honey, which comes from apple blossoms, has been fermented with apple juice, which bees have helped produce. No added sugar, just apple juice and honey.

Honey Cyser has gained a silver medal at the Nordic International Cider Awards 2022 and first place in the Suomen Paras Maustettu Siideri 2022 competition.

Medium dry, acidic, appley, honeyed, fruity.
