Lepola Hot Mead Toddy<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Ingredients 1 serving<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n

  • 2cl Rye Whiskey<\/li>\n
  • 6cl Lepola Apple & Honey Cyser (Mead)<\/li>\n
  • 2cl lemon juice<\/li>\n
  • 1 tsp honey<\/li>\n
  • hot water<\/li>\n
  • fresh ginger<\/li>\n
  • 1 cinnamon stick<\/li>\n
  • 1 slice of lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Pour the whiskey into a thick glass or a mug. Clear glass presents the drink nicely.<\/p>\n

    Heat the water so it’s steaming, but not boiling. Stir the honey into the glass. Then pour the hot water into the mug over the spoon.<\/p>\n

    Pour the mead into the glass.<\/p>\n

    Continue to stir and grate some fresh ginger into the glass.<\/p>\n

    Squeeze lemon juice in.<\/p>\n

    Add a cinnamon stick to the glass and allow it to steep for a couple minutes. Garnish with a lemon slice.<\/p>\n
